Terms of Service (TOS) - matazart.com

Article 1: Scope of Application

These terms of service apply to all transactions concluded through the matazart.com website, owned by Matazart. Any individual or legal entity placing an order through our secure payment platform is considered a "customer".

Article 2: Ordering

Any order placed on matazart.com implies unconditional acceptance of these terms of service.

Article 3: Prices

Prices are indicated in euros and may be modified at any time. The rate applied to an order is always the one announced at the time of validation. We are not subject to VAT. Order processing fees and commissions paid to payment organizations are at our expense.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, including for pre-ordered products. You can make payment by credit card, with payments secured by Stripe. Information transmitted during payment is encrypted via SSL protocol and cannot be intercepted.

Article 5: Access and Delivery

Access to digital products is through our secure platform on matazart.com, in the form of password-protected pages. After order confirmation, you will receive an email containing your credentials. Article 6: Copyright

All elements of the matazart.com website, as well as the products offered for sale, are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of Matazart. Any reproduction, rebroadcast or exploitation, even partial, is strictly prohibited without our prior written authorization.

Article 7: Refund Conditions

In accordance with Article L221-28 9° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for subscriptions to our digital content platform. Consequently, our company is not subject to any legal obligation of refund once the subscription has been subscribed and activated. Thus, regardless of the duration of service use, no refund will be made. By purchasing a subscription, the customer acknowledges having read this non-refund policy and accepts it unconditionally. We recommend that users carefully consider their decision before subscribing, as any transaction is final.

Article 8: Subscription Cancellation

Any subscription can be canceled at any time before automatic renewal. To do this, the customer must:

  1. Access their member area: https://matazart.com/en/my-space
  2. Click on "Manage my subscription" to access the stripe portal and finally click on "Cancel subscription".

The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period, and no new payment will be charged.

Article 9: Personal Data Protection

We respect our customers' privacy. Only information voluntarily provided by our customers is collected. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, modify and delete your personal data. By entering your email address on our site, you agree to receive promotional emails, from which you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our emails.
